Unlimitedwarez is in full compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and follow all major international copyright laws. To the extent we have time we respond to requests and infringement notices regarding sites we link and which hosts protected content, we try to take appropriate actions towards them under intellectual property laws.

If your copyrighted material has been externally indexed by Unlimitedwarez and you want this material removed, you must provide a written communication with exact reference to the content you claim ownership to including the http-URL where these files are linked up.

Provide the following info when requesting content to be removed:

1. A list of content you are requesting to be removed, including URL:s

2. Contact information so that we may contact you (i.e street address, phone, fax and email)

3. Evidence that you own the copyright to said content or evidence that you are a representative of the person/company owning the content

Please mail your requests to webmaster [at] unlimitedwarez [dot] com with subject "Legal & Content removal"

Note: Unlimitedwarez doesn't always respond to all removal requests but as long as you provide the information we have requested, we will remove requested content from the index. Excessive legal waffle, threats to our ISP, etc will not speed up your request. It will simply do the oposite and increase the time we take to process your request.
